Go to control panel, uninstall the Hercules DJ Series Driver from 'AddRemove Programs' 4.

Scrolled down to "Sound.etc", right click on the onboard 'RealTek' and disabled. Disable the onboard sound card - Right click on 'My Computer' go to properties, then 'Device Manager'. I was upgrading form the MK2 version and ran into the same issues. I just received mine yesterday afternoon with the same issue. CHeERs and thanks again for the help drzinc! 3 days for such a stupid little detail was very frusrating.who knows maybve i just needed a good nights rest. but everything seemed to work fine with about 4ms latency on ASIO driver.Īlthough I have to admit wiring up a system at a club would have taken far less time LOL. Ive only played with it for about an hour. I unplugged from the hub and back into a USB slot directly into the PC. I thought this wasnt a problem as my hub is POWERED from a wall outlet and doesnt depends on the PC. When i installed this on friday I had plugged the console into a USB hub. everything else is the same.Īnd then it dawned on me. WHAT could be so different on my computer that its not allowing this to work ? my brothers PC is slightly slower then mine CPU wise. I was about to give up then had the idea of trying it on another computer, so i headed to my brothers. going as far as uninstalling Service pack 3 for windows xp (in case this was causing the problem the service pack was released the same week as the console).

I cant beleive it was something this stupid, After many attempts of install/uninstall.
